Well, NOT that “SNL.” ~~~ However, we do have a LIVE performance here at the Ticonderoga High School’s auditorium this Saturday night (Oct 19th, 2013) at 7 PM. James Cawley’s Las Vegas style “Elvis Tribute“ for the benefit of the Ticonderoga Historical Society.
“Jim”, a Ticonderoga native, and well know Elvis impersonator, will present ” The King in Concert: An Elvis Tribute.” His 75 minute non-stop concert, with his Las Vegas Show Band, will be singing over 30 Elvis hits.
For over 24 years James has performed his spectacular re-creation of Elvis live Las Vegas show with thousands of sold-out concerts across the nation in casinos, theme parks, and theatres. His amazing resemblance to the “King” in appearance, mannerism and voice earned him the #1 ranking in the nation out of 2.500 impersonators – chosen by a special committee of Elvis’ personal associates selected by Graceland.
This “Elvis Tribute” benefit event is to help raise funds for the Ticonderoga Historical Society to assist in defraying the Hancock House’s operating expenses – just one of which — heating — costs the Society about $14,000 per year!!
Tickets are available at the Hancock House (Wed through Saturday – 10 AM to 4 PM). General Admission cost is $15 and VIP seating available at $20. Tickets will be available at the door.
We would to see you there, have an enjoyable Saturday Night of musical entertainment while helping us!
